Ken Test

Co-Director

Kenneth O. Test, joined his local union in 1965 after coming to work for Kimberly-Clark Corp. in Spotswood, N.J. He served in many local union offices, including president until his appointment as a UPIU representative in 1984.

Test was elected a UPIU vice president in 1996. He has been active for many years in the Philadelphia Program for Occupational Safety & Health and is a vice president of the New Jersey State Industrial Union Council. He serves on the PACE "Committee on the Future."

Ken was the Director of former PACE Region III. He became Co-Director of District 10 on March 1, 2006.
